When my wife and I went through our first home buying experience we didn't know very much about the process. I don't like surprises and so it was great that Brian took the time to explain everything we would encounter. When the time came to make an offer he was relentless and got us the home we wanted for the price we expected. It doesn't hurt that he is a genius with numbers and was able to get us an amazing loan!
